RULES FOR EATING

1. If it says “LIGHT”, “LOW-FAT”, or “FAT -FREE” it must stay in the grocery store.

2. EAT REAL FOOD

3. Don’t eat anything you DO NOT LIKE

4. Eat when you are hungry.  DO NOT EAT when you are not.

5. NO GPS:  No GRAINS, No POTATOES, NO SUGAR.  NONE!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Heaven!
1 ½ sticks of Kerry Gold Butter – these are the big sticks so this is actually 24 ounces of butter (oh yeah!!)
6 oz of unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup powdered xylitol
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup natural peanut butter – really natural not the Jiff stuff that says natural.
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Melt the butter and chocolate and stir in the vanilla and xylitol. Pour ½ way up into the pan and put in freezer for 5 – 10 min until firm.

While freezing heat the peanut butter for about 45 sec in microwave to make it easy to stir.  Mix in cream.  Put spoonful on each now hardened chocolate base layer.  Pour the remaining chocolate on the tops and freeze.

This makes 24 delicious peanut butter cups at 5 carbs each!  (I count ½ of the carbs in xylitol when calculating instead of counting none of them)
